How TanTastic Riviera Maya handles the small amount of personal information it collects.

What we collect
Only what you give us. If you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number if you provide one, your travel dates and anything you write in the message. If you join the newsletter we collect your email address.
The site also collects standard analytics data about pages visited, once you have accepted cookies. That data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to plan and run the day you booked, and to send the newsletter if you asked for it. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Tan. That is the whole company. Form submissions arrive as email and are stored in that inbox and in this website’s form log. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
The site runs on WordPress, hosted by WPX, and the domain is registered through Hostinger. Those providers process data on our behalf in order to keep the site online.
Photographs and film
If you book a hosted day, the photographs and video from your day are yours. We will never publish an image of you, or use it in marketing, without asking you first and getting a clear yes.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies only load after you accept them in the banner. You can decline and the site works exactly the same.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for five years for tax purposes. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email party.safe.mexico@gmail.com and we will action it within thirty days. Under Mexican law (LFPDPPP) you also have ARCO rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
